Federal Premium Terminal Ascent 6.5mm 130gr Component Bullets (brand part no. PB264TA1) bring Federal’s all-range hunting bullet technology to the handloading bench. The bonded construction fuels deep penetration on close targets, while the patented Slipstream polymer tip initiates expansion at velocities roughly 200 fps lower than comparable designs, extending the bullet’s effective range well past where conventional expanding bullets stop working reliably. The long, sleek profile delivers an extremely high ballistic coefficient, and Federal’s AccuChannel groove technology improves accuracy while minimizing drag. This component is built for handloaders who want the same big-game performance Federal’s factory Terminal Ascent ammunition delivers, loaded into their own 6.5mm cartridges.
