Federal Premium Personal Defense 12 Gauge 00 Buck shotshells send nine copper-plated lead pellets downrange at 1,145 feet per second (Federal part no. PD132 00). The load uses Federal’s rear-braking FLITECONTROL wad, which is designed to produce tight, reliable patterns, and buffering that keeps the pellets from deforming. Each 2-3/4-inch shell is built for self-defense use in 12 gauge shotguns chambered for that length. The 5-round box is a compact way to stock a defensive shotgun.
