The Faxon AR-15 forged lower with completion kit is a builder-ready foundation for a reliable AR-15 (brand part no. LRFAXFAC). The receiver is CNC machined from a 7075-T6 aluminum forging to mil-spec dimensions, and an upper-to-lower tensioning screw reduces play at the receiver joint. The included completion kit supplies the parts that finish the lower, from springs and pins to the hammer, trigger, disconnector and pistol grip, along with a B5 Systems trigger guard. You still add a buffer system, stock and upper to complete the rifle. It is a practical start for a first build from Faxon Firearms.

Key Specifications

• The material is 7075-T6 forged aluminum, a high-strength alloy that balances weight and durability.
• Dimensions follow mil-spec AR-15 standards, so it accepts common AR-15 uppers, parts and accessories.
• An upper/lower tensioning screw takes up play at the receiver joint for a tighter feel.
• The completion kit includes springs, pins, a hammer, trigger, disconnector and pistol grip, among other parts.
• A B5 Systems trigger guard is included with the kit.
• The receiver is CNC machined in-house from a forging, which holds tight, repeatable dimensions.
• The lower itself is stripped, so you still choose the buffer system, stock and upper.
