The Dickinson Estate 20 gauge 26-inch side-by-side combines short, quick-handling barrels with a single trigger on a box-lock action (Dickinson part no. ST2026H). Twenty-six-inch tubes make this the handiest of the Estate 20 gauge configurations, an easy gun to mount fast in thick grouse woods or on a quail rise in brush. The receiver is finished in true bone-charcoal case hardening with English scroll engraving over about a quarter of it. Dickinson stocks it in grade 2 premier Turkish walnut, English style, with a hand-rubbed oil finish and 24 lines-per-inch hand checkering. Thin-wall choke tubes and automatic ejectors make it a capable all-round upland double.
