The Daniel Defense DDM4 V7 LW Upper Receiver Group (Daniel Defense part no. 23-128-02932-047) is built around a cold hammer forged 16-inch Lightweight profile barrel. That barrel is two ounces lighter than a standard V7 barrel, and a DD-improved flash suppressor reduces flash signature. A mid-length gas system keeps cycling smooth and reduces wear. The free-floating MFR 15.0 M-LOK handguard adds weight savings, cooling and modularity. The independently ambidextrous GRIP-N-RIP charging handle works from either side.
