The Daniel Defense DD5 V4 in 6.5 Creedmoor and black gives the DD5 platform a flat-shooting long-range cartridge (Daniel Defense part no. 02-158-22207-047). Daniel Defense notes that the 6.5 Creedmoor’s high ballistic coefficients mean flatter trajectories and less wind drift than heavier long-action calibers. An 18-inch cold hammer forged S2W barrel with a 1:8 twist is tied to the upper with the 4-Bolt Connection System, and the adjustable gas block handles suppressed or unsuppressed use. It is a precision AR for long-range targets and medium to large game.
