The CMMG Dissent Mk4 pistol in 6.5 Grendel with an armor black finish and 16.1-inch barrel (brand part no. 64A7B0CAB) maximizes medium-range performance from an AR-pattern platform, giving hunters and target shooters .308 Win-class ballistics without the larger rifle or added felt recoil. CMMG builds the Dissent around a direct impingement operating system with a 1:8 barrel twist and a 416 stainless steel barrel, and the DISSENT upper receiver and Mk4 forged lower are both 7075-T6 aluminum. A CMMG Zeroed muzzle brake, drop-in Zeroed trigger, and Zeroed 60/90-degree safety selector round out the build, and a reversible side charging handle supports fast manipulation. The pistol includes two 10-round CMMG magazines and a 1913 Picatinny rail end plate for sling mounts or a folding stock accessory. Among 6.5 Grendel semi-auto handguns, this Dissent Mk4 configuration favors hunters and target shooters who want medium-range reach in a lighter platform.
