The Charter Arms Off Duty .38 Special in black is a compact five-shot revolver built for concealed carry (brand part no. 53711). Charter Arms makes it in the Off Duty series on a lightweight aluminum frame with a black anodized finish and black passivate components. A concealed hammer leaves nothing to snag when the revolver comes out of a pocket or holster, and the 2-inch barrel keeps the whole package short. LitePipe sights give a visible front reference, and the small compact rubber grip fits a small hand. It suits a shooter who wants a simple, light, snag-free revolver for daily carry.
