The Century Arms Sharps MB47 7.62×39 is a modern American-made AK built on a milled billet receiver (Century Arms part no. RI4998-N). Century Arms pairs a 16.25-inch fluted, chrome-lined barrel with a US Chevron compensator on 5/8×24 threads, a free-float M-LOK rail and a flat-faced RAK-1 trigger. A Magpul DT carbine stock on an AR-15 mil-spec buffer tube replaces the traditional fixed AK stock. It ships with one 30-round US Palm magazine, and the black finish suits a range or competition build.

Key Specifications

• The chambering is 7.62x39mm, the standard AK cartridge, so ammunition is easy to find.
• Barrel length is 16.25 inches on a fluted, chrome-lined barrel that trims weight and resists wear.
• The barrel is threaded 5/8×24, so the compensator can be swapped for another 5/8×24 muzzle device.
• A Century Arms US Chevron compensator comes installed to reduce muzzle rise and speed up follow-up shots.
• The receiver is milled from billet 4140 steel, a strong platform with minimal flex.
• A free-float US Palm M-LOK rail runs forward from the receiver for accessories and keeps the barrel free to shoot accurately.
• The trigger is the flat-faced RAK-1, known for a crisp, clean break.
• The stock is a Magpul DT carbine stock on an AR-15 mil-spec buffer tube, adjustable for length of pull; overall length runs 35 to 38 inches.
• Capacity is 30+1 rounds with one US Palm 30-round magazine included.
• Unloaded weight is 8.4 pounds, which gives the rifle stability on the line.
