Dropping the backstrap places the shooting hand higher on the grip for more direct engagement with the pistol, and B5 cuts the grip at a 13-degree angle for a more natural wrist position than the factory A2 grip. An aggressive texture across the grip body improves retention under recoil or in wet or gloved conditions. The grip also accepts B5’s separately sold Grip Plug for internal storage, so it can be upgraded later without replacing the whole grip.
