This Trijicon RMRcc plate for Glock 43X/48 pistols is Forward Controls Design’s direct-mount adapter for putting an RMRcc on a MOS-cut slide (Forward Controls Design part no. OPF-G43X/48, RMRCC). The RMRcc is longer than the Glock 43X and 48 MOS footprint, so rather than raising the optic on a tall adapter, the plate lets the sight overhang the front of the slide and sit almost flush with the top of it. The optic is placed toward the center of the plate to leave as little of the sealing plate unsupported as possible, and a hidden lightening cut takes weight out of the plate without showing once it is installed. It is built for these two Glock models and the Trijicon RMRcc only. For a concealed-carry 43X or 48 that is getting a red dot, it keeps the sight as low as the slide allows.
