The Savage Axis 2 Left-Hand .308 Win is a left-hand bolt-action rifle with a threaded 20-inch barrel (Savage part no. 33141). Because the action is built left-handed, the bolt handle and ejection port sit on the left side of the receiver, so a left-handed shooter cycles the bolt naturally. The rifle pairs a matte black carbon steel barrel with an OD Green synthetic stock, an updated bolt handle and a user-adjustable AccuTrigger, the features Savage built into the Axis 2 line for affordable out-of-the-box accuracy. The .308 Winchester is an all-around big-game cartridge with factory ammunition available almost everywhere. Savage lists it for big game, hog and predator hunting.
