The Colt Anaconda Bear Hug .44 Magnum is a blued six-shot revolver with an 8-inch barrel (Colt part no. ANACONDA-BP8BH). At eight inches it is the long-barrel version of the Anaconda, the one to pick when a long sight radius and a steady, planted feel matter most. That makes it a strong choice for handgun hunting and for punching steel at distance with a magnum revolver. The double-action/single-action trigger keeps it versatile at the range, too.
