The Iver Johnson IJ500 20 Gauge 28-Inch is the longer-barrel version of the walnut-stocked semi-auto 20 gauge (Iver Johnson part no. IJ50020). The 28-inch smooth-bore barrel has a vent rib and a front brass bead, and a black chrome finish covers the receiver and barrel. Three internally threaded choke tubes in Full, Improved Modified and Modified come with it. It weighs about 7 lbs 2 oz and measures 49 inches overall, with a 14-1/2 inch length of pull. That longer barrel helps smooth out the swing for upland and clay shooting.
