This Lantac Dragon muzzle brake (brand part number DGN556B-QM) pairs the brand’s patent-pending Dragon body with a quick-detach mount compatible with GemTech suppressor mounts, letting a shooter run the Dragon’s recoil control on a bare muzzle and swap on a suppressor without removing the brake itself. Machined from hardened Milspec steel and finished in Black Nitride QPQ, it uses Lantac’s Short Energy Pulse system to shorten the length of recoil so repeated shot energy can’t overlap and knock the shooter off target, keeping shots on target even through fast, sustained strings of fire. It threads onto standard 1/2-28 muzzles chambered in .223 Remington/5.56 NATO and is not classified as a flash hider, making it California legal.
