The SureFire XVL2 IRC Light/Laser Module (SureFire part no. XVL2-IRC) is a pistol and carbine system that combines a 400-lumen white LED with an infrared illuminator and co-aligned green and IR lasers. SureFire developed it with military and law-enforcement users in mind, and its MaxVision Beam pattern gives smooth illumination across the natural field of view for close-quarter positive ID. It runs on one included 123A lithium battery, attaches to Universal and Picatinny rails, and weighs 5.0 ounces. A nylon pouch is included to store the module and its accessories.
