The Spyderco Rescue 79mm in high-visibility orange is a compact rescue folder with the same one-handed opening and cutting power as the larger Rescue models (Spyderco part no. C45SOR). The saber-ground blade is VG-10 stainless steel with a fully serrated SpyderEdge that cuts through seat belts, webbing and rope. A stout back lock keeps the blade open, and the one-piece fiberglass-reinforced nylon handle has a Volcano Grip texture for a secure, non-slip hold. The reversible pocket clip supports left or right-side, tip-up carry. It fits comfortably in a pocket or in smaller hands, and the orange handle is easy to spot in a hurry.
