The ASP Protector Concealable Baton 16-Inch (P16) is a compact expandable baton from ASP built for administrators, investigators and anyone who needs a baton that stays out of sight (brand part no. 52222). It pairs a 4140 steel striking surface with a forged 7075 T6 aluminum middle shaft and a precision-machined handle. The grip is knurled with spiral micro grooves that also accept Nexus baton clips, which lets you adjust how it rides on the belt. Retracted it measures just 6.38 inches, and it expands to 15.75 inches when you need it. ASP builds the Protector series to the same standard it supplies to police forces around the world.
