The ASP Sentry Baton 16-Inch is an expandable friction-lock baton from ASP designed for the security professional (brand part no. 52200). Its 4130 steel shafts carry a black chrome finish, and the overmolded Strike Force grip uses 60 durometer Santoprene for a firm hold. It runs 6.2 inches retracted and 15.6 inches expanded, which suits the 16-inch class for patrol and facility security. ASP offers the Sentry as a moderately priced alternative to its 4140 friction batons. It uses the same function and accepts the same caps.
