The October Mountain Mountaineer Dusk recurve at 45 lb in a left-hand build is a 62-inch, three-piece take-down for a left-handed archer ready for a heavier hunting weight (October Mountain part no. OMP2216245). Forty-five pounds puts more speed behind each arrow than the lighter Dusk limbs. October Mountain crafts the riser from dymondwood and padauk wood on the Mountaineer 2.0 design, with a slim grip and bushings for a sight, plunger and stabilizer. The bamboo wood limbs carry reinforced tips for Fast Flight string compatibility and provide strength and quick recovery. A B55 Flemish string and flat head limb bolts are included.
