The October Mountain Mountaineer Dusk recurve at 45 lb right-hand is a 62-inch, three-piece take-down that October Mountain builds for the serious bowhunter (October Mountain part no. OMP2206245). Forty-five pounds gives a practiced archer more arrow speed than the lighter Dusk weights. The riser shares the Mountaineer 2.0 design and is crafted from dymondwood and padauk wood, with a slim grip and bushings for a sight, plunger and stabilizer. Bamboo wood limbs deliver strength, flexibility and quick recovery, and their reinforced tips are Fast Flight string compatible. The bow ships with a B55 Flemish string and flat head limb bolts.
