The Howa Carbon Stalker 6.5 Creedmoor is a bolt-action hunting rifle built on the Howa M1500 short action with a 22-inch barrel (Howa part no. HCBN65CSBTG). Its carbon fiber stock wears an FDE and Tungsten sponge-pattern finish that blends into dry country. The Carbon Stalker line is Howa’s lightweight hunting rifle, and the carbon stock is what keeps the weight down for long walks. In 6.5 Creedmoor it pairs mild recoil with a flat trajectory, a combination that suits deer, antelope and long days on steel.
