The Fox Labs Mean Green fog pepper spray (brand part no. 156MGC) is the cone-fog version of the Mean Green line, built around a 3 million Scoville heat unit formula that is purified until it is nearly clear before dye is added. That purity lets Fox Labs add a bright green staining dye, which makes it easier for police to identify the person who was sprayed. The formula is non-flammable and listed as safe to use around Tasers and other stun devices. The fog pattern spreads the spray into a cloud instead of a narrow stream.
