The iRayUSA RICO Micro PICTAIL 2 shoe in tan lets one RICO Micro thermal move between a helmet mount and a rifle (iRayUSA part no. IRAY-AC59-T). It combines the standard dovetail shoe used on helmet-mountable night vision with a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny section, and it updates the original iRay-AC52 PICTAIL. iRayUSA partnered with Ultimate Night Vision on the redesign to work with newer helmet and weapon interface hardware while keeping compatibility with dovetail receptacles from Wilcox, KVC and others. The one-slot Picatinny side is built to work with the ADM MQD mount, sold separately. Together they let you run the thermal as a standalone sight or as a clip-on in front of a day optic.

Key Specifications

• The helmet side is a standard dovetail shoe, the interface used on helmet-mountable night vision.
• The weapon side is a one-slot MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail made to interface with the ADM MQD mount.
• It works with dovetail receptacles from Wilcox, KVC and others, the common helmet-mount hardware.
• With the MQD in standalone optic mode it gives over 4.5 inches of rear offset.
• Reversed for clip-on use, the rear offset shrinks to 1.5 inches.
• Clip-on mode needs just 4 rail slots in front of a day optic, a fit for short rifles and pistols.
• The color is tan, matching tan rifles and helmets.
