The Charter Arms Pit Bull .380 ACP Revolver (brand part no. Z73802) is Charter’s answer to shooters who want the simplicity of a revolver with the flat, easy-to-find ammunition of a semi-auto cartridge. The Pit Bull’s cylinder is engineered to headspace and eject rimless .380 ACP rounds without moon clips, so it loads and fires like any other Charter wheelgun while feeding on inexpensive, widely stocked .380 ammo. This example carries a matte stainless steel finish over a steel frame and holds 6 rounds, one more than a typical 5-shot .38. This is a Shooter’s Model listing: a 100% new, in-the-box revolver with a minor cosmetic finish imperfection from manufacturing that’s typically visible only to a trained eye or under magnification, priced accordingly. Among revolvers, the Pit Bull favors shooters who want reliable revolver simplicity without paying premium prices for .38 Special ammunition.
