The Killer Instinct Boss-XDC Crossbow Kit (brand part no. 1240) pairs 405-fps X-Cam performance with a DC trigger box that lets hunters de-cock the crossbow without firing a bolt. That safety feature means ending a sit no longer requires shooting into the dirt just to unload before climbing down. At 6.75 inches axle-to-axle cocked, the Boss-XDC stays narrow and maneuverable for tight treestand and blind setups, while still delivering enough kinetic energy for confident whitetail-class shots. It’s built for hunters who want proven X-Cam speed with the added convenience and safety of hands-free de-cocking.
