The Proof Research Elevation MTR (brand part no. 151242) is a premium lightweight tactical rifle chambered in .25 Creedmoor, built around a 22-inch carbon fiber barrel over a stainless action for a left-handed shooter. Proof Research pairs the carbon-wrapped barrel with a 5-round polymer magazine, and the 1-in-7.5 twist rate is matched to heavier, high-BC .25 Creedmoor bullets for long-range precision. Among bolt action rifles, this Elevation MTR configuration favors left-handed precision shooters who want a carbon-barreled rifle chambered in the newer, high-velocity .25 Creedmoor round.
