The Allen Universal Rifle Cleaning Kit, .22-.30 Caliber (brand part no. 70730) is a complete bore-cleaning set from Allen Company that covers seven common rifle calibers in one kit. A three-piece rod extends to 32 inches, so it reaches through most sporting rifle barrels, and the kit adds four caliber-specific bronze brushes, two swabs and a set of slotted tips. Cotton patches and an ergonomic T handle complete a kit built for the range bag or the truck at deer camp. If you shoot more than one rifle chambered anywhere from .22 to .30 caliber, this single set handles routine cleaning for all of them.

Key Specifications

• The kit covers seven rifle calibers, .22, .223 (5.56mm), .260 (6.5mm), .270, .284 (7mm), .30 and .308 (7.62mm), so one set serves several rifles.

• The set includes four caliber-specific bronze brushes, which loosen fouling without the harshness of a steel brush.

• Multiple slotted tips hold patches for wet and dry passes through the barrel.
• The patches are 1.5-inch cotton, sized for the bores this kit covers.
