Frequently Asked Questions

Does this include a lower receiver?
No, this is a complete upper assembly only; it ships without a lower receiver or fire control group.

Are there legal restrictions on this barrel length?
At 12.5 inches, this barrel is well under the 16-inch federal minimum for a rifle-configured (shouldered/stocked) firearm. It’s intended for a pistol-configured (braced, no stock) build. Putting it on a shouldered rifle lower makes a short-barreled rifle; since October 9, 2026, ATF no longer requires Form 1 approval or registration for that, but state law still applies, and taking an SBR across state lines needs an approved ATF Form 5320.20.
