The Maxim Defense PDX .300 AAC Blackout pistol (brand part no. MXM-47823) is the compact personal defense weapon Maxim built for close-quarters work, chambered in a round that runs supersonic or subsonic loads. At 18.75 inches overall, it is short enough for vehicle-based work, home defense and confined spaces while keeping rifle-caliber authority. The SCW pistol system packs an integrated bolt carrier group and interchangeable buffer weights into a 4-inch brace, keeping the package tight and controllable. A HATEBRAKE muzzle booster mounts under the handguard to cut recoil and flash, which makes the pistol a strong candidate for suppressed use. For a shooter who wants a .300 Blackout package in a genuinely compact pistol, this Maxim Defense pistol is one of the strongest choices.
