The Galco Boot Extender (brand part no. BEX) is an accessory built to adapt Galco’s Ankle Glove, Ankle Lite, Ankle Guard, and Cop Ankle Band holsters, along with the Ankle Safe, for wear with boots by extending the wrap’s length by 1 to 5 inches. A center-cut steerhide shield protects the ankle wrap from bootlace hooks that would otherwise snag or wear through the material over time. It also works well for anyone with larger ankles, over 13 inches in circumference, who needs an extended wrap to get a proper fit. The extender itself is constructed from 4-inch-wide elastic paired with the premium center-cut steerhide tongue, and it is fully ambidextrous.
