It lets you use regular scout light mounts instead of the swivel-style Pro bodies and mounts, while still running the KF1 Turbo head on an 18350 cell or one CR123 cell. Arisaka Defense machines it without the mounting interface for the stock Picatinny clamp, which adds clearance for front sights when paired with the Arisaka Inline Scout Mount. This black version is CNC machined from 6061-T651 aluminum and made in the USA. It is a parts upgrade for a Scout Light build and ships without a head or tailcap.
