The Canik METE MC9LS CA 9mm pistol (brand part no. HG7885CABD-N) is the longer-slide, California-compliant version of the METE MC9, finished in Black/FDE two-tone. Canik stretches the slide and barrel for a longer sight radius, then keeps the capacity at 10 rounds for compliant markets. The optic-ready slide accepts a micro red dot, and the polymer frame keeps the striker-fired pistol light enough for daily carry. It suits concealed carry and range work for shooters who want more sight radius than the standard MC9 gives.

Key Specifications

• The chambering is 9mm Luger, the most common and affordable defensive handgun cartridge.
• Magazine capacity is 10 rounds, the maker’s California-compliant configuration of this model.
• The barrel measures 3.64 inches, longer than the standard MC9, which also lengthens the sight radius.
• Overall length is 6.73 inches, still compact enough to conceal.
• Unloaded weight is 23.77 ounces, which keeps recoil manageable for the size.
• The slide has an optic-ready interface, so a compatible micro red dot can be mounted without a custom milling job.
• The sights are a white-dot front and blacked-out rear, a combination that picks up the front dot quickly.
• The action is striker-fired semi-automatic, giving a consistent trigger press from the first shot to the last.
• The frame is polymer, which holds weight down and handles daily carry wear.
• The finish is Black/FDE two-tone, a contrast look that sets this version apart from the all-black pistols.
