The Grand Power Stribog SP9A3G CA Compliant 9mm rifle in black is the Glock-magazine roller-delayed carbine in its California-compliant configuration. Grand Power describes it as featureless, with a pinned stock to meet legal requirements. The barrel is 16 inches, threaded 1/2×28, and the rifle ships with a single 10-round Glock-pattern magazine. A non-reciprocating charging handle and a mil-spec AR-15 trigger group are part of the build. It is the SP9A3G to pick when a 10-round, fixed-stock rifle is the requirement.

Key Specifications

• Chambering is 9mm Luger, a common and affordable cartridge for a pistol-caliber carbine.
• The barrel measures 16 inches, a rifle-length barrel on a 9mm carbine.
• The barrel is threaded 1/2×28, so a muzzle device threads on directly.
• Capacity is 10 rounds in the single Glock-pattern magazine that ships with it.
• The action is roller-delayed blowback, a semi-locked bolt design that softens recoil.
• The stock is a fixed factory stock, pinned to meet the maker’s California-compliant, featureless configuration.
• The finish is black hardcoat anodized, applied over an aluminum upper and polymer lower.
• The controls are fully ambidextrous, so either hand can run the rifle.
• The charging handle is non-reciprocating, so it stays still while you shoot.
