The Iver Johnson 700 Youth .410 bore single-shot is a break-action shotgun with an 18-inch barrel and a youth-size walnut stock (brand part no. IJ700Y18C). Iver Johnson describes it as the same gun as its 18-inch 700 but with a stock one inch shorter, which gives a younger shooter a better fit. The checkered walnut stock and smooth forend carry sling swivels, and the gun folds in half for carrying and storage. With three chokes in the box, it is a good first shotgun for a young hunter.
