The Bergara B-14 Ridge in .308 Winchester (brand part no. B14S511C) trims the barrel to 18 inches for hunters who value a short, easy-swinging rifle in tight cover over maximum velocity. The compact profile makes the rifle simple to carry through brush or maneuver from a ground blind, while .308 Winchester still delivers dependable terminal performance on deer and hogs at typical hunting range. A graphite black Cerakote finish covers the barrel and action for corrosion resistance, and the barrel ships threaded at 1/2-28 for a suppressor or brake. The drilled-and-tapped receiver accepts a scope base without extra work, keeping this short Ridge ready to hunt straight out of the box.
