The Kimber KDS9c Rail pistol in 9mm with a 4.09-inch barrel and gray/black finish (brand part no. 3100018) is the next step in Kimber’s popular KDS9c introduction, featuring an ambidextrous safety and a Picatinny rail for accessory mounting. Kimber fully flutes, crowns, and ramps the barrel, and a proprietary bore-sizing process delivers match-grade accuracy with every shot. The 7075 aluminum frame is sculpted with serrations wrapping around the front strap and grip for superior ergonomics, and a reversible magazine release supports left- or right-handed shooters. A crisp 3.5-4.5-pound trigger pull comes standard, and the pistol includes both a 15-round and an 18-round magazine despite the 10+1 base configuration. Among railed double-stack semi-auto handguns, this KDS9c Rail configuration favors shooters who want a light-mounting rail on a compact carry platform.
