The Great Lakes GL19 Striker 9mm in Bull Shark Gray is a striker-fired pistol from Great Lakes Firearms and Ammunition (brand part no. GL19SRK) that comes optic ready for a red dot. A 4-inch nitride barrel sits in a Cerakote and nitride finished slide over a polymer frame, and the flat-faced aluminum trigger gives a crisp feel. Two 15-round magazines ship with the pistol. It makes a practical carry, range or red-dot training pistol for shooters who want a compact 9mm with a distinctive Cerakote color.

Key Specifications

• The chambering is 9mm, the most common pistol cartridge with plentiful, affordable ammunition.
• The barrel is 4 inches of nitride-treated steel, a compact length that balances concealment and accuracy.
• Magazine capacity is 15 rounds, a standard count for a compact duty-style 9mm.
• The pistol ships with two magazines, so a spare is ready from the first range trip.
• The slide is cut for RMR-footprint optics, so a compatible red dot mounts without machining the slide.
• The sights are fixed iron sights, a durable setup that stays on target without adjustment.
• The trigger is an aluminum flat-faced design, which gives a consistent, comfortable press.
• The magazine release is ambidextrous, so shooters can drop magazines with either hand.
• The frame is polymer, which keeps weight down and absorbs some recoil.
• The finish is Cerakote and nitride, a durable coating that protects against wear and corrosion.
