The Nosler Ballistic Tip .30 Caliber 125gr Spitzer bullet is a component from Nosler (brand part no. 30125) built for handloaders who want predictable, aggressive expansion on game without sacrificing flight consistency. The color-coded polymer tip resists deformation in the magazine and initiates expansion the instant it strikes, while a fully tapered jacket and specially blended lead-alloy core work together for controlled expansion and strong weight retention at realistic hunting velocities. A heavy jacket base prevents deformation during firing and anchors the mushroom shape, and the solid base boat-tail profile stretches long-range ballistic efficiency. Sold 50 to a box, this Spitzer bullet suits deer-sized game and varmint loads built around the .30 caliber platform.

Key Specifications

• This bullet uses a .30 Caliber diameter matched to standard .30-caliber rifle cartridges.
• At 125 grains, the Spitzer profile stays flat-shooting out to extended range.
• Bullets ship 50 to a box, enough for a full load-development ladder without overbuying.
• The Spitzer boat-tail profile cuts aerodynamic drag for a flatter downrange trajectory.
• A color-coded polymer tip resists deformation in the magazine and triggers expansion on impact.
• The fully tapered jacket promotes controlled expansion across a wide velocity range.
• A lead-alloy core pairs with the tapered jacket for consistent mushrooming and weight retention.
• A heavy jacket base resists deformation during firing and anchors the mushroom on impact.
• The solid base boat-tail design increases ballistic efficiency for longer shots.
