The Hi-Point 4095 .40 S&W carbine with a non-threaded barrel is the plain-muzzle version of the 4095 (part no. 4095TSNTB). It has a 17.5-inch barrel, a black polymer stock, fully adjustable peep and post sights and a 10-round magazine. The non-threaded barrel suits shooters who have no use for a muzzle device. The .40 S&W chambering is a practical middle ground for range use.
