The Chiappa 1873 Buntline .22 LR revolver is a single-action replica of the Old West long-barrel Colt, built here in rimfire for cheap plinking (Chiappa Firearms part no. 340241). Its 12-inch barrel gives a much longer sight radius than a standard single-action revolver. The six-shot cylinder and an adjustable rear sight make it easy to shoot well. Cowboy-style plinking, small-game practice and collectors who want the Buntline look all fit its role.
