The Troy Industries M4 Front Folding Tritium BattleSight (brand part number SSIG-FBS-FMBT-01) is a folding front backup sight built around a standard M16 A2 sight post with an embedded tritium insert, giving a continuous glow-in-the-dark aiming reference with no batteries required. Troy Industries designed the BattleSight line for Special Operations and tactical users who need a sight that installs fast, holds zero under hard use, and gets out of the way when a primary optic is in play. A stainless steel cross-locking system keeps the sight upright and true, and a simple push-button release folds it flat with no levers or springs to fumble with. The sight mounts and removes without permanent modification to the firearm, though a front sight tool is required for installation, and the whole unit is finished in black hardcoat anodizing for corrosion and wear resistance.
