Sierra MatchKing bullet #1575, 6mm caliber, 110 grain HPBT (Sierra part no. 1575MP), pairs a sleek 27-caliber elongated ogive with a final meplat-reducing pointing operation to boost ballistic coefficient for better wind resistance and velocity retention at distance. A unique bearing-surface-to-ogive junction uses the same 1.5-degree angle commonly found in many match rifle chamber throats, helping ensure precise bullet-to-bore alignment shot after shot. Shooters around the world rely on this bullet for accuracy and extreme long-range performance, though Sierra does not recommend MatchKing or Tipped MatchKing bullets for most hunting applications.
