Hornady Unprimed Rifle Brass in .22-250 Remington (brand part no. 8610) gives handloaders a dependable case for one of the fastest, flattest-shooting varmint cartridges available, capable of sending bullets well over 3,500 feet per second in the right load. Hornady controls wall thickness, weight, and internal capacity tightly across every case, so charge weights and seating depths stay repeatable from round to round instead of drifting through a loading session. That kind of consistency matters more in a high-velocity cartridge like .22-250, where small variances in case volume translate directly into pressure and velocity swings. The brass ships unprimed, so the reloader controls primer selection from the start.
