The Hornady Match .277 inch 110 Grain Hollow Point Boat Tail bullet (brand part no. 27200) is a precision competition projectile from Hornady, sold 100 to a box for .270-caliber handloaders. It uses Hornady’s AMP (Advanced Manufacturing Process) bullet jacket, a technological advancement in design, tooling, and manufacturing that produces the most consistently concentric bullet jackets available. Paired with precision swaged cores, a secant ogive geometry, and a boat tail angle optimized specifically for this caliber and weight, the bullet delivers low drag, flat trajectories, and the highest ballistic coefficient Hornady can achieve for this weight class.
