The Traditions Outfitter G3 .45-70 Government single-shot rifle (brand part no. CRS-471130T) pairs a hard-hitting big-game cartridge with a modern, weather-ready finish, built for hunters who want a break-action rifle that shrugs off the elements. Turner Fabrications Cerakotes the fluted, chromoly Lothar-Walther barrel and steel frame, then fits a black synthetic stock that ignores rain, mud, and rough handling in the field. A transfer-bar trigger-block safety keeps the hammer off the firing pin until the trigger is pulled, and a patent-pending quick-detach forward assembly speeds up field maintenance. The included muzzle brake tames recoil from the heavy .45-70 chambering. Among single-shot hunting rifles in the single shot rifles category, this Outfitter G3 is built for big-game hunters who want stopping power in a weatherproof package.
