Raffle rules

One winner is selected automatically by cryptographically secure random draw from all valid tickets when the raffle ends — at the scheduled draw date once the minimum ticket count is met (the date extends until it is), or immediately when all tickets sell out. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Entrants must be of legal age and legally able to own the prize in their city and state; each buyer confirms this at checkout. Void where prohibited. The winner is contacted by email and chooses in-store pickup at Schaefer Defense (Idalou, TX) or transfer to their local FFL dealer; all federal and state transfer requirements apply, including the ATF Form 4473 and background check. If the winner cannot legally accept the prize, the win is forfeited and a new winner is drawn from the remaining valid tickets — every draw is recorded in our public draw log.
