Contoured, molded sides allow easy insertion, while integrated shock cord provides adjustable retention that holds the magazine secure without a hard snap closure to fumble. It is built from laser-cut nylon laminate wrapped over a woven thermoplastic core, which is what lets the Gen 2 line run almost 20 percent lighter than the originals. Half-inch interval MOLLE on the back allows both MOLLE and belt mounting, and adding the optional HSG OTR Cover lets the same pouch run covered or open-top.
