Scalarworks CNC machines the LEAP/13 from a single piece of 7075-T6 aluminum billet, cut on all six sides for the ideal strength-to-weight ratio, and keeps the mount symmetrical so it protrudes minimally from either side of the rail. The ClickDrive attachment system needs only bare-hand torque to lock down securely, and an integrated spring-loaded ball detent makes the mount fully recoil-proof.
