APAR700704M5V38), pairs Aero’s enhanced M4E1 threaded upper receiver with a 14.5-inch chrome moly vanadium barrel and the brand’s ATLAS R-ONE handguard. Aero built the R-ONE handguard to trim weight and bulk, narrowing the width to just 1.75 inches while keeping a full top Picatinny rail and quick-disconnect sling sockets at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions. Because the 14.5-inch barrel is shorter than the 16-inch rifle minimum, Aero pins and welds a VG6 Precision GAMMA 556 SL muzzle device to bring the assembly up to legal length without requiring an SBR tax stamp. The upper receiver features new enhanced forging with a billet look, M4 feed ramps, laser-engraved T-marks, and ships fully assembled, though it does not include a bolt carrier group or charging handle.
